Jennifer Arguinzoni-Ward

Jennifer joined the team in 2024. She is a dynamic professional with nearly two decades of combined experience and leadership in policymaking and campaigns at all levels, corporate and strategic communications and engagement and non-profit advocacy. Her political career began in the Georgia legislature working across the aisle on pivotal legislation including the Georgia Film Tax Credit which has resulted in billions of dollars in revenue for the state.
Later, Jennifer expanded her scope venturing to our nation’s capital where she joined the National Conferences of State Legislatures. For nearly ten years she fought hard to represent and preserve the sovereignty of statehouses protected in the tenth amendment on topics including human trafficking, criminal justice reform, immigration, homeland security, emergency preparedness and telecommunications.
After a decade in Washington, DC Jennifer joined her family in Portland to lead and build the finance operation for Ted Wheeler resulting in the most money ever raised to elect a Portland mayor. After the election, Jennifer served as a key political advisor in the Wheeler administration focusing on external affairs and community partnerships.
Before joining Oxley and Associates, Jennifer led the external engagement strategy at Nike, Inc delivering critical leadership in premier cross-industry partnerships and coalitions promoting corporate sustainability.
Jennifer earned her B.A. in Political Science from Georgia State University. She currently serves on the board of Friends of Baseball. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband James and their two kids traveling or near a ballpark.
